    1. Payment Processing Responsibility

NYCSRA strive to ensure secure and reliable payment processing, NYCSRA is not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in payment transactions due to third-party processing issues, technical malfunctions, or user errors.

   2. No Liability for Processing Errors

  • Delays or failures in payment authorization due to banking or technical issues.
  • Duplicate charges, overcharges, or incorrect transactions caused by third-party payment processors.
  • Fraudulent transactions resulting from unauthorized access to payment accounts.
  • Losses or damages arising from interrupted or failed transactions.

    3. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a payment-related dispute, members are encouraged to first contact their financial institution and/or the third-party payment processor. NYCSRA may assist in resolving disputes but does not guarantee refunds or reimbursements beyond its stated refund policy.

    4. Security and Data Protection

While we take reasonable measures to protect payment information, NYCSRA does not assume liability for unauthorized access, security breaches, or data leaks that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

    5. Agreement to Terms

By making a payment to NYCSRA, you acknowledge and agree to this liability disclaimer and waive any claims against the association for losses or damages related to payment processing issues.
